Chinese Real Estate gigantic Vanke’s expo pavilion has completed its construction and the real estate developer has started off the internal device installment, officials said yesterday during a kick-off ceremony of a charity marketing campaign which may be co-sponsored by Vanke and expo Internet partner Tencent.
Rather than showcase its new houses, China’s biggest listed real estate developer will urge people with its pavilion to shield nature. And, unlike other expo pavilions, the Vanke making will gradually decay and shed its glory in the course of the 2010 event.
The facade of the 5,000-square-meter pavilion might be produced from wheat straw. The eco-friendly construction material will start out out yellowish metal in colour but will change yellowish after which dark through the complete of the event. The pavilion might be willing by mid April.
Vanke’s President Wang Shi said Mobius Ring Hall with the Vanke Pavilion will also introduce classification garbage disposal practices in Taipei City.
The pavilion will showcase that environmental safety activists and non-governmental organizations’ energy to preserve the living zone of Yunnan snub-nose monkey, Wang said. The pavilion will also display the world’s biggest environment safety undertaking which returns farmland to forest and turns desert into forests. Exhibition with the pavilion will also comprise how termites builds “green high rises” and other environment safety activists and environment safety organizations’ activities, he added.
The charity marketing campaign which started off yesterday featured cleanup garbage with the north slope of Mount Jolmo Lungma (Mount Everest), classification of garbage in groupings and online marketing of daily classification of garbage.
This marketing campaign echoes with expo 2010′s style “Better City, Better Life,” executives said.
As a partner of the campaign, expo 2010 Internet service sponsor Tencent will also use its Internet technology to invite Internet users into this charity campaign, Tencent President and Executive rep Ma Huateng said.
Tencent will open up an official web ınternet sites to report the procedure of the marketing campaign and organize interaction with Internet users to track lower the urban garbage transportation and join garbage classification.
